How much does shipping cost?
Available shipping methods and any applicable cost are shown at checkout for your destination. Options can vary by country, parcel weight, and order value.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship from Korea to 48 destinations. The United Kingdom is temporarily unavailable while we complete local VAT registration. Product availability can also vary by destination because cosmetics and dietary supplements are regulated differently in each country. Your available shipping options are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days depending on your country and the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Will I pay customs or duties?
International orders ship on a DDU/DAP basis. Import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges, and carrier handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge. They are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. The recipient may also need to provide identification, a tax number, or other customs information before delivery. Some countries restrict ingestible products such as dietary supplements, so please check your local rules before ordering wellness products.
What happens if I do not pay a customs charge?
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because customs charges were not paid or required recipient information was not provided, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, duties, taxes, and carrier fees may be deducted from any refund. A refund might not be available if customs or the carrier destroys or cannot recover the shipment.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final — we don’t accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email support@seoulfinds.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We buy directly from the brand, the label, or an authorized Korean distributor — never a reseller, never a gray-market batch.
